if a romanced hawke falls in battle, she says: “Ma vhenan! Hold on!”.she also tells hawke that if they were dalish she believes they could save her people.if hawke romances her she gets a brand new set of magical girl armor.Merrill: Oh, definitely a Griffin! You can’t really pet a dragon, can you? They’re all scaly.Hawke: What, like Little Griffin and Baby Dragon?.speaking of griffons, if she’s in a romance with a purple hawke, they joke about giving each other pet names.in fact she asks isabela that if she was hypothetically a griffon wrangler if she would give her a baby griffon named feathers.Aveline: Haven’t you got something unholy to do?.Merrill: I know! And you’re so cute when you’re with him! Not like normal-you at all!.Merrill: Is it like you thought? It’s nice, isn’t it? He seems nice.she’s also happy for aveline when she ends up with donnic:.But your face might crack if you smile, so be careful. Merrill: Everytime she looks away, you stare at Hawke with those sad puppy eyes.Merrill: You keep looking at Hawke with sad puppy eyes every time his back is turned.Fenris: What? Why are you looking at me like that?.Merrill: Good! You’ve spent much too much time being grumpy.in fact if hawke romances either of them, she says she’s happy for them: she also does not begrudge anders or fenris when they say nasty things to her.

I certainly won’t!”.she’s the first person to restore an eluvian pretty much all by herself (a feat that’s pretty much unheard of), and she’s extremely knowledgeable about the history of her people. she has an almost scientific approach to things and an insatiable curiosity that makes her a force to be reckoned with.If you don’t believe in me either, I won’t mind. Merrill: My clan didn’t believe in me.she stops at nothing to restore the eluvian to regain some the knowledge her people lost and is first and foremost here for the dalish, even if it makes people dislike her.
